(mild spoilers) Going through the Jurassic World movies with my dino-loving son. Quite liked the first one but my god Fallen Kingdom was awful. Somehow made killer dinosaurs and exploding volcanoes really lame and dull. My son loved it, though the raptor in the house stuff gave him nightmares, and the bronti in the fog made him cry.

It’s worth it! I only read it last year and it gave me a whole new level of appreciation for the other stories.

There’s still plenty more detail waiting for you after LotR!
