Take a look at the MSU-MD/MD+ project which adds CD quality music to a lot of top Genesis/MD games

Perfect Dark (spiritual successor to GoldenEye) iterated on that. You can use two N64 controllers, one in each hand, to get a true dual stick experience

IIRC just Sonic & Knuckles plus Sonic 2 or Sonic 3 isn’t happy when plugged into a 32X

Looks like a Model 1 SCD is set up under the console. The Model 2 SCD is the one that attaches to the side

They’re shareware but I think Pocket Tanks and Super DX Ball have been on every computer of mine since 2002

You can try setting the language option in your config to translate/transliterate the fields to your preferred language
