7 months agoYou could try using Lutris or Bottles and see if either of them help. As a last resort, just running it through Wine after fiddling with the settings might work, but it’s a long shot.
EDIT: found this page that talks about a DLL that’s needed to make it work on Windows 10. Assuming it’s the game you’re talking about, that might help make it work.
Based on your description of the proposed law, I think it’s unlikely. That sounds more like intercepting internet communication which probably wouldn’t be done on individual computers unless you were being specifically targeted.
I think the Linux Mint organization is based in Ireland but its contributers are from around the world. It’s also open source so any embedded spyware in the code would be discovered quite quickly.
