Maybe, maybe not. But even if there isn’t a chip that makes the fridge stop working when you do that, it would definitely void your warranty, so when the fridge stops working for some other reason later on, you would have to buy a new one XD
They can program it in a way that means it will simply stop cooling your food if it doesn’t have internet(and/or if you haven’t given them permission to send ads to at least one other device) XD
I don’t know if that kind of fridge will do its job without internet, it might just stop cooling your food XD
I’d expect it’s probably not possible to unplug the screen without unplugging the whole fridge XD
I’m sure it would be possible to write a software that does that, without ai - and it would probably do it better/more reliably, too.
