Thanks, had some good suggestions, and glad I can still rufus the iso and command line it.(funny, I thought they might have locked the install to a live account from the existing win10)

I need to migrate my partners home work pc to 11. Hopefully, one day I can convince the whole family to try Linux, but until its more prevalent in the nontech work constraints (i.e windows specific medical field needs) then mitigation appears to be the best option.
